Does Coinbase take no action in response to requests?

I’ve been banking on Coinbase for my crypto transactions. Recently, I made a few support requests, but I didn’t receive a single response afterward. It feels like these requests were ignored or just sent to a black hole. Has anybody else had a similar experience with Coinbase?

I understand that Coinbase is one of the biggest players in the crypto world. I wouldn’t expect them to give me immediate personal attention. But we’re talking about a span of weeks here without a single drop of feedback. That honestly feels a bit shady for a company handling people’s money.

I tried to find an answer in their FAQ, seeking guidance to overcome this issue, but it wasn’t helpful. The information provided was too general and not related to my problem. Also, I noticed there were no steps mentioned on how to follow up on requests. Am I missing something?

So, I’m intrigued to know your experiences. Do you ever feel like your requests are being overlooked, or do you get a response every time? This could help decide whether I need to switch to another platform or maybe just stick around and hope for the best with Coinbase. Can you share your insight into this? Would love to hear your thoughts on the matter.

You’re not alone in this boat. As with many large companies, I’ve found that sometimes support requests can take a while to get a response, especially when there’s high demand or during peak times. It’s not an ideal situation, but it’s somewhat common in the crypto world.

The best way forward when you don’t hear back is to keep following up. Since there isn’t a specific method to do this mentioned on their site, you could probably just re-send your request or try to contact them through different channels. Social media platforms such as Twitter can work, from my experience.

As for switching platforms, I’d say take your time. If you’re otherwise satisfied with Coinbase, then don’t make a rushed decision. A delay in support response, while frustrating, doesn’t necessarily point to a shady operation. However, remember it’s always a good idea to keep exploring other platforms. There might be another service that could fit your needs better.
